Head of Sales Required in Dubai


 Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional looking for a challenging opportunity in the real estate industry? We are seeking a talented and seasoned Sales Manager to lead our Secondary Market real estate sales vertical in the UAE.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share
-Identifying where training is needed, motivating & Mentoring Agents, assigning sales territories also expected.
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and motivation to drive performance
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry stakeholders
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to make informed decisions
- Oversee negotiation and closing of sales deals, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Manage the documentation process for sales deals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Maintain proper records of all sales documentation and track the progress of deals

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of off-plan real estate sales processes and legal requirements in the UAE
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Salary:

Starting at 5000AED to be discussed upon proven experience in local market.
