Human Resources Assistant Required in Dubai

 


Key Responsibilities:


HR Administration:

Assist in the day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documentation, and managing HR-related inquiries.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and implemented effectively.
Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing offer letters, conducting exit interviews, and managing employee files.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Support the Head of HR in managing the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
Maintain a talent pipeline and assist in implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.

Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing support and guidance in line with company policies and UAE labor laws.
Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities, surveys, and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

Performance Management:

Help in the development and implementation of job descriptions, metrics, employee development programs and training initiatives.

Compliance & Policy Management:

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
Assist in the drafting, updating, and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Payroll & Benefits Administration:

Support the payroll process by ensuring accurate and timely submission of payroll data.
Assist in managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and other perks.

Project Management:

Assist the Head of HR in managing HR projects, including HRIS implementation, process improvement initiatives, and other strategic HR projects.
Assist in preparing HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of professional HR experience with comprehensive exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices, ensuring compliance and effective policy implementation.
Proficiency in HR technology including HRMS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
Strong recruitment and administrative capabilities, adept at sourcing talent, managing the recruitment process, and providing efficient HR administrative support
