KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Manager will be responsible, but not limited, to the following duties: Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Motivating and inspiring team in positive manner. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new property trends and competition status. Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fill them. Ensure that company quotas and standards are met by holding check-ins with the sales team to set objectives for the day and to monitor progress. Manage month-end and year-end close processes. Control expenses and monitor budgets. · Contribute to setting targets, KPI’s and commission schemes in line with company’s requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Skills & Experience: · Proven experience of minimum 4 years in a managerial real estate position in UAE. ·Extensive knowledge of the real estate industry with a deep knowledge of main competitors including their strategies and pricing models. ·Proven experience in sales and managing relationships with key clients. ·Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes. ·Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset. ·Excellent organizational and leadership skills with Outstanding negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities. ·Goal orientated and target driven with a proven track record of success in a similar role. ·Excellent Negotiation skills.
